The Ladder-Max ladder standoff stabilizer is OSHA compliant and structurally built to withstand the weight of placing the stabilizing arms directly on a roof while stabilizing and supporting the weight of the individual on the ladder and still providing the necessary standoff distance to protect gutters and roofing materials from being damaged by the ladder leaning against them. To easily access the roof, the Ladder-Max is placed on the 4th and 5th rungs of an extension ladder, allowing the other rungs of the ladder to extend 36" above the roof surface. Ladder Max was easy to assemble and fits great on my ladder.
Now I can safely get on my roof and not tear the shingles. My wife was tired of holding the ladder. -

I highly recommend this product. I purchased it because I was going to install gutter brushes. Without this attachment to my extension ladder, I would have had to lean the ladder directly against the gutters, possibly damaging them. The ladder was also much more stable. Although I did not actually climb onto and off the roof, I can see how this product would make that process much easier and safer. Two cautionary notes: (1) the product has burrs so be careful during assembly, and (2) with the extra weight at the end of the ladder (a big lever), raising and lowering the ladder are more difficult. Neither of these are big deals, and are far out-weighed by the added safety!

I just had my roof and gutters replaced this summer, and this product is exactly what I wanted - easy to install and keeps my ladder away from the gutter, along with providing added stability.

Refused to pay the crazy high prices to put in new gutter guards on my 2-story home. But could only do it if I could find a way to do it safely and not have ladder against gutters. This is THE product and was well worth the price.
Very easy to assemble and attach to my ladder and within 30 minutes had the arms resting safely on the roof. Never felt more safe on a ladder and in a few hours had the old gutter guards off, gutters cleaned out and new guards installed (steel powder coated). Was able to buy guards and Ladder-Max for far less than paying to have this done. And I don't have to fear roof/gutter work again. Great investment! -
Great feeling of security

Arrived on time, secure/sturdy packaging, easy to assemble. I was basically looking for something that would not ruin my new gutters. What I did not expect was the added stability and the feeling of security this unit provides. I am 70 and have an artificial knee and hip etc. As a result I had been hesitant to use my extension ladders, now I won't have to hesitate to complete my honey-do list.

Fits my extension ladder well and makes the ladder very stable when in place. Completely avoids contact with gutter. Great product and easy to install and remove.

my husband has one he almost fell off the roof once this would have stopped the ladder from sliding secures it and protects your gutters bought two more for our kids for christmas gifts Ladder Max mailed them out the same day! great service great product!

I purchased a Werner stabilizer last year with the hope of using it to clean my gutters. Knowing that I made a bad choice, I did buy the Ladder Max. It works great and feels much safer than the Werner. Needless to say I have since put the inferior stabilizer on Craigslist. I wish I had ordered the Ladder leveled combo because with both accessories on my ladder I couldn't be any safer. Nice job Ladder Max. I have told my friends and family about the quality of your products. Keep up the fine work.
